Our Policies

Appointments


Your acne or facial appointment is scheduled especially for you and we allow for the most personalized attention to be set aside for you. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may enjoy the relaxing environment that we have created in our reception salon, in anticipation of your treatment. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but may have to shorten our skin care treatment due to time constraints. There will be no reduction in price due to late arrivals. All canellations or appointment changes require 24-hour notification. To preserve the tranquility of the studio, we respectfully request that mobile phones be silenced when you arrive. Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday.




Cancellations


Because of the exclusive nature of our services and appointments, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you do not show up, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service. First appointments require a credit card guarantee. Making an appointment acknowledges acceptance of this policy.




Our treatment series discount


As a benefit to our clients, we offer a discount on advanced payments for a series of multiple skin care and body treatments. In order to receive this significant savings, we require full payment at time of purchase. While you may change the type of treatment you buy at any point in your series, the balance of the prepayment can be used only towards other services. Please note there are no refunds for unused services. Series must be used within one year of purchase.




Payment


We accept cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% service charge. Payment by check is welcome with proper identification (except first appointment). There is a $75 return check fee.




The gift of beauty


Bellezza Si Esthetics' beautifully wrapped gift cards may be purchased in dollar amounts to be applied towards recommended services. Special corporate programs and bridal gift packages are also available as gift cards. As a convenience, we can ship the gift cards to you or to someone else.




Product purchases


We will be happy to exchange or fully refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) any unopened products or merchandise from Bellezza Si in New Jersey, bought in connection with your treatment or as a gift, within seven days of purchase with receipt; other returns are accepted for studio credit only. Shipped products come with small samples which should be used first to ensure that the product will suit your needs.




International shipping


At this point we are unable to offer international shipping. We hope to be able to one day soon. Be sure to send us an email if you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
